By using Spenda, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Spenda. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Spenda offers a premium subscription with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and managed in your Apple ID settings. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.
You retain ownership of your data. We grant you a licence to use Spenda to analyse and visualise that data. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You may not use Spenda for illegal activities, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, interfere with other users, or misuse our infrastructure. Violation may result in account termination.
Spenda is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for financial decisions you make based on insights from the app. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for major decisions.
You can delete your account and data at any time through the app or by contacting support at spenda.appstore@gmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
